Philosophy
behind the Sensitivity Trainings conducted
by us : |
We
believe that as a human being we are
all equal in emotion and feelings, and
we carry different types of knowledge
and skill. In trainings we aim to touch
the feeling level of participants where
all respond spontaneously. Working with
a group at feeling level and at the
same time concentrating on topic needs
deep sensitivity and high alertness
of trainer, which we are able to demonstrate
successfully always. We feel objective
of training is to develop transparency
in every individual and ultimately in
the whole group. When participants are
transparent, it facilities a continuous
flow of relationship and openness and
all the bondages gets relaxed and individual
becomes ready to learn, to share and
to express opinions without any hesitation.
Thus any type of group work becomes
very easy and group becomes dynamic
in dimension; the group itself becomes
the resource and individuals feel motivated
to work hard towards learning, the session
springs with lots of innovations, boundless
joy of learning and eagerness to start
action. Thus we facilitate individual
and group to realize the inherent capacity
and build up capacity to learn to share
and to act. We believe that training
is not the end it is the beginning of
action and thus we facilitate participants
to chalk out action plan at the end
of the training. . |

Training
Methodology |
All
the trainings facilitated by SSE are
based on experiential Learning methods.
We facilitate trainings with Human Relation
Training techniques, which bring participants
close to reality even in laboratory
situations. All the methods of two-way
communication are deployed in training
sessions. The trainings are conducted
in small groups (maximum 10-15 participants,
for more than 15 participants two trainers
are join the group); in session we utilize
the group as resource for learning and
relevant methodologies like - Simulation
games, structured and semi-structured
exercises, Game, Role-play, Human laboratory,
Case-study analysis, small and large
group discussion, flash cards and poster
presentation, experience sharing, audio-visuals,
field exposure, etc. are used to facilitate
lively and joyful training atmosphere
in the group. |

Training
Groups and Training Atmosphere:
We
prefer to conduct training in homogeneous
groups, but if it is not so, we never
reject the group, we identify some point
of homogeneity and find out the process
suitable for the group. In all trainings
Facilitator/s work as a member of the
group to create a cohesive, relax, open
and not-threatening atmosphere in the
group. |
Planning
of Training Schedule and Training Sessions: |
We
utilize group as the source of learning,
thus no fixed module is used, content
and process varies according to need
and expectation of participants, trainers
keep ready with different relevant packages
and the same training is conducted differently
for different groups. We prepare our
own training modules and training materials. |
Training
materials: |
We
prepare all our training materials;
these are of innovative in nature.
Also we use materials developed by
organizations of good repute and expertise.
In Trainers’ training we facilitate
participants to develop their own
materials.
The
Training approach: - |
Our
approach to training offers opportunities
for learners to verify assumptions,
to enhance skills in working with
them and to experiment with one/other
in a controlled situation. This approach
assumes that peoples inner psychological
realities are relevant to their learning--people
can translate their experience and
learning in their life as well as
in the job they do.
Target Groups: We conduct trainings for following Target groups:-1) Grass root organizations, CBO,
SHGs. 2) NGOs. 3)
Government departments.
Types of trainings: 1) You may sponsor 1 or more number of trainees in training Programme, announced and arranged by us. 2) You may invite us to conduct training at your own premises and arrange the training.
